Service Description

Transform your space with the Single Room, One Hour, In-Person Consultation, Design and Implementation Package. How it works: We will first schedule an in-person consultation to understand your priorities, style and budget. We will take all of your feedback and provide design deliverables within 7-10 business days. By the end of this process, you will have specific layouts, visuals, products and design implementation guides to get you to that final result. From here, if you choose to implement the design package yourself or if you would like to use Cotton & Co. to project manage and execute the physical design plan, we can provide a customized quote. What is included: - Mood board creation and concept development - 2D & 3D floor plan layout and spatial planning - Furniture and décor selections - utilizing existing furniture or new furniture (as needed) - Color scheme and palette recommendations - Lighting design suggestions - Styling and accessorizing advice - Shopping list with recommended products and where to source - Implementation guide and instructions on how to execute the design - Unlimited revisions for up to two weeks from initial deliverables
